Explore the city to your liking, by foot or by car! Each building can be entered, and there are 3 unique locations to visit! Wreak havoc with one of the game's 10 weapons and maximize the chaos with the game's unique pickups! The civilians will respond accordingly to your actions, panic, flee, and send wave after wave of armed policemen!
